I wouldn’t say all the property could do better, I can only speak for where we stayed. We were in room number 3. The stopper in the sink was closed and we couldn’t open it to drain the bathroom sink. I reported it to one of the staff and he came with a kitchen knife and pryed it open and then ask that we keep it open. They never did have anyone fix it for the 4 nights we were there. We had to run the water for 3-5 minutes before it was warm. Showering was sometimes a challenge as the water would jumped from hot to cold on occasion. They may want to consider having more towel hooks, to hang your towels. They had one on the back of the door. The bed was comfortable and linen was clean. Lots to of closet space. The hot breakfast was good and having access to the coffee machine 24/7 was a bonus.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location was excellent and convenient, my experience was marred by the room's condition. Unfortunately, the room had a significant issue with bugs. Despite the hotel staff responding promptly and being exceptionally courteous and helpful, the bugs returned shortly after the initial treatment. This recurring problem greatly affected my overall stay. While the staff's performance was outstanding and the hotel’s amenities were fair, the persistent issue with bugs was a major downside. Due to this, I cannot give the hotel a high rating and would likely choose another place to stay if given the chance to re-book. The bug problem overshadowed the positive aspects of my stay, which is unfortunate given the hotel's otherwise good qualities.

The area is excellent- very central and safe. The property itself was charming and the staff were friendly, however I was very disappointed with the room itself. I had a top floor room which was VERY hot. The staff gave me a fan after I requested it- these top rooms should have fans in them. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Overall my stay was not pleasant, but would book in the area again.

Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful.

Enjoyed my stay
Had a great stay, Mohammad was very friendly and helpful, room was nice but was let down by the cleanliness of the bathroom not having the vents cleaned. Breakfast was ok with a a selection of hot an cold - I had a cooked breakfast which was cooked fresh but for me it was too greasy. This has not put me off going back there
