I've stayed in this room on many occasions and keep on coming back. Though I haven't met any of the staff, they are just a phone call away and are very helpful. Furthermore the place is clean and tidy and the location perfect for my needs.

Amazing! Everything was perfectly organised and clean. The public transport was walking distance and some local shops and such on the corner. Definitely going to do this again.

Although the property was clean and comfortable, and good value for central London, the experience was let down by poor service. The access email didn't arrive until 2.00 p.m. cleaning hadn't finished by the agreed checkin time, so the access code didn't work, and the boiler wasn't working properly, so no hot water or heating until I had to fix it. Good thing I knew what to do.

It's clean and the kitchen has everything you need. However, being located in the basement, I found it not so friendly to travellers with heavy suitcases

THIS IS A SHARED BATHROOM - you need to make this obvious to your guest! Other guests were walking into the apartment thinking they have the whole place to themselves. Obviously, it's not just me that fell for this!

Would stay again

The room itself was very nice. The issue I had was with locating the room. The address takes you to flats but there is no explanation as to which flat and it is not signposted. Also there is £100 deposit required along with photo id which is required to get the code to enter. Not ideal. I would stay again tho as once I was in the property was very nice. Shared bathroom with two rooms
