Staff on check in desk could do with a bit pf training in customer service. They seemed almost surprised to have to speak to a guest. I get the whole "this is a cool hotel" thing, but good manners are also a thing.

Excellent value in Central London. Lobby bar with great buzz and rooftop bar with excellent view and food. Super friendly staff. We stayed there 5 nights. Would definitely stay there again.
