Small traditional Europen hotel. The staff was friendly. They had a refrigerator that the guest could use. Close to the subway and restaurants . Met some other guests in the lounge, everyone was pleasant.

I stayed with my family. The Hotel is well located, there's train and subway stations nearby, the hotel staff is friendly, there's dining options nearby, the British Museum is only 10 minutes away walking.

Very homely, really friendly welcoming staff, perfect situation in beautiful Bloomsbury with quirky Marchmont Street round the corner. Handy for transport links with main stations nearby and museums in easy walking distance. As a woman travelling alone I felt very safe.
