Really nice and easy to get to all attractions, staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and also will stay again in the future as the room was clean, and perfect condition

The hotel was under construction and very dirty, dark, and unkempt with plastic on the floor and stairs. We were give a family room in the basement and the view outside our window was of the garbage cans.

I took my 2 sons for a week in London and we stayed here mainly 1) close to Paddington and 2) price. It was sufficient for the price point. 1 double bed 1 twin bed was tight but we made it work. Tiny bathroom- again we made it work. Fresh towels daily was a nice surprise. The staff was exceptional and location was close to a lot of dining, grocery shops and underground stations. For the affordable price point this offered, we were pleased.

Amazing location! 5 minute walk to paddington Station. Rooms are all you need, and clean. Would recommend a short stay 1-3 nights.

Hotel room was small but it was in a convenient location near souvenir shops, restaurants, and tube station Paddington which was hub for various undergrounds- don't mind the gap.

No hospitality. Didn’t feel welcome and was not provided any help going up a million stairs. No assistance going up the stairs with our luggage, just an “oops sorry” you’re at the top. Bathroom smelled dirty, toilet was dirty when we first got there.
