We had a 3day stay here and it was excellent. The location is terrific and central, very easy to walk to the very center of London within 15 easy minutes. The staff were great especially Daniel the doorman who was extremely friendly and helpful. The bar is lovely and the gym/pool were great. The room was big and very clean and quiet. The bathroom was beautiful. The breakfast was great and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

All the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The only gripe I had was having to pay a service charge for the self service continental breakfast we decided to have whilst waiting for our room to be ready. Apart from that the hotel was excellent

This hotel was in a quieter area away from the hustle & bustle of the touristy areas, but still a very convenient location. We were greeted as soon as the Uber pulled up and helped inside with our luggage. The room was beautiful and clean. The shower in the bathroom was spacious with an amazing showerhead. I had a nice little card and cake waiting for me for my birthday. We had dinner on our last night at onsite restaurant The Distillery. The food and drinks were amazing and our server Sam was the best, we had nice chats with him and he made our final dinner very pleasant. This was my first time in London, and this will be our go-to hotel when we visit!
