The best about this place is its location. The staff is excellent too, very friendly and helpful. The room itself is dated and simple, but sifficient with comfortable bed; and it is pretty clean.

Club Quarters is just so well set up. The Trafalgar Sq. location is great, comy beds, excellent linen and good sized rooms. However! We had to change rooms though because the 1st bathroom smelled very strongly of smoke. The staff could not have been more helpful especially Nalin. Patient, polite and extremely helpful. Thank you. Boyds, for inhouse breakfast was just aweful. They refused to restock food at 9.30 saying they were closing at 10am.The ham was plastic and the Coissants dry and brittle for being under the heat lamp too long. Add in the price they charge and it's appalling. Waterstones opposite so more appealing.
