"Room was clean and spacious. Lady member of staff let us store our bags pre check in (there is storage for bags / bikes and a drinks machine although we didn't use it). Location up quiet sidestreet but close enough to centre. Self check in was easy enough Enjoyed our stay at Residence Diaz and liked Como"

"Location, location, location! This little establishment was located right in the middle of all Como related action. Within walking distance of anything worthwhile, the hotel checked all of the boxes and then some. The staff was particularly fabulous, making sure that all of our airport transportation was correct."

"I choose this property because of the location and how easy is to park and walk to the city centre We were driving so didn't want to stress myself with a centre hotel. Good breakfast. Parking cost 20€ and you have to book in advance. Massive beds Overall very good stay."

"The property was well maintained and in a central location but the rooms are small. Our room had a terrace facing the breakfast area. After 3am it became very noisy and smelly with the breakfast preparation. The staff were very helpful."
