"Hotel is in great location, really nice rooms staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast is ok. Now for the issues:it is located in the main square snd hard to find by car and surrounded by 7 bars - it isEXTREMELY Noisy at night up to 3am , people yelling banging etc . Though Italy has a noise curfew of 11pm no one is enforcing it. We were sleepless for most of our 6 nights. This little fact is not in their rightup. It is in the LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE and no one told us untill checkout that all guests get a permit!! We lugged suitcases across a piazza having parked illegally in the closest spot but was a motorcycle parking with the police telling us to move or get fined. The reception person and the emails I got did not tell me I could have driven across the piazza yo the hotel door! The area is a labyrith of one way streets everywhere making Google maps send us everywhich way . Parking : it is very close but the many different reception shift workers either knew nothing or gave us wrong info about the the multiday subscription and how the days were counted My issue with breakfast was that whatever limited number of pastries were brought out at 7 am were never replenished , nor was the cheese"

"Location was ok, around 1000 metres from the lake, reception staff were excellent but breakfast staff were bordering on ignorant and rude especially the main guy Overpriced for what it is but the breakfast manager was just rude and would avoid Concierge on the morning was excellent"

"Everything about this property was wonderful. The fact that it had parking made things very convenient. The welcome reception was lovely and the room was small which was expected, had an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was complete at the atmosphere at the bar and breakfast area. Also had a fantastic vibe and view of the lake. Strongly recommend this property"

"Great hotel, friendly staff, location is 15 minute’s walk front he city centre and station. The restaurant has a fantastic view but the food is average at best for the high prices. "
