"Beautiful property in excellent condition"

"Couldn't be in a better spot to tour both the Alta and Bassa, beautiful location, we arrived on Saturday and although the area was super busy with people having a good time, when we got into the room and shut the windows it was really quiet! Room was lovely, nespresso was a bonus too! Few minutes was from all the shops, restaurants and cafe’s are a stones throw away. "

You will be right around the corner from the funicular which takes you up to San Vigilio that has the best views. You’ll definitely enjoy yourself here. "

"The breakfast was actually really good. They were still delivering to the room, which I actually quite enjoyed. My room wasn’t the best layout. Kinda cramped and the small TV was hilarious. But everything else was quite good. I even appreciated the little stool in the bathroom. I slept well. It may be in need a remodel, but for the price I paid, I was quite happy."

"Great location and in goid condition but terrible service prior to arrival - a code is required to access the property and instructions are to contact the owner at least 24 hours in advance. This is not easy as emails are ignored, phonecalls go unanswered and even hung up when you do get through. Signage from the street and within the building is also terrible. It's a real challenge getting into your room!! On top of all that, Expedia's customer service was disgraceful and i will not be using...

"A very modern building about 20 minutes walk from the railway station and about 30 minute walk to main shopping area, hotel situated in mostly residential areas so very quiet after 8pm in evening, otherwise fine with supemarket also 10 minutes walk away"

"The location was perfect-very close to Duomo, subway stations, restaurants, and shopping districts. It was very safe to walk outside even at night. The room was clean and quiet, and all staff were professional. We will stay here again. "
