"After a very long day of travel, we arrived to the hotel which is in a stunning location. We reserved 2 rooms, 1 was ready and 1 we realized was given to another couple at check in. After some confusion, they corrected the issue and gave us a fantastic room with amazing views. Immediately the stress was relieved. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I appreciate their help very much. We had a great time at Flaminia. I highly recommend room 38. The views are unbeatable. Also the restaurant attached in the lobby area is very good. "Our third stay at the wonderful Lefay Spa overlooking Lake Garda. Still cannot get used to the stunning view over the lake, it's quite something. Love this place so much, it is truly restorative for the soul and mind. Staff are quite wonderful, the Gramen Restaurant outstanding, especially as there is a tasting plant-based menu available (very rare). Our only gripe is the Limonaia restaurant where it's a struggle to find plant based dishes on the menu, plus the wine list by the glass is poor. Otherwise, superb facilities and ambience."
