"Though a tight space, cozy is a fitting descriptor. Five adult sized bodies fit fine. Communication was fast, clear, and helpful. We had everything we needed, including some pantry basics. It can't be overstated how important an assigned parking spot is in this area! The location is really easy to get to from the airport and to get into Medford/Cambridge/Boston quickly. The window a/c units worked great to cool the bedrooms down for sleep. This is not a ding but bring a sleep mask if you need dark as the window coverings are opaque and there are street lights & early sun (in season). We would happily stay again."
"Difficulty getting into house at night upon check in. House was cold on check in. Discovered lack of bath towels; unable to use washer/dryer; kitchen very poorly stocked. Ants in kitchen and a couple in the bedrooms; bed linens smelled of body odor and or must. ; walls in bedrooms filfthy. Sticky substance on kitchen counter. Cheap contact paper noted on counters. Dining room chairs dirty with one broken. Front door broken. AC unit in bedroom not working properly and AC unit in dining room had busted buttons; mold in dishwasher and therefore did not attempt to use it; poor climate control in rooms. I took pictures. "
"This is a charming B&B located in the heart of Davis Square. The service is excellent! There is home made quick bread (e.g., banana) every morning for breakfast, plus a full array of other breakfast items. French press coffee. Because it's an historic home, the bedrooms are of different sizes. No lift, but the manager kindly carried my suitcase upstairs. There are games and books. I would stay again."
