"Room was ready when we arrived early. So we dropped our stuff, turned up the heat and changed for the bowl game at Fenway. All staff we spoke with were very personable and polite. When we returned after the game (freezing) to change for dinner, it was still only 62 in the room and the phone did not work (room 210). We went down and told the desk and they sent someone up. They fixed the heat quickly and it had already gone up 2 degrees so we went to dinner. Room was room when we got back. Would stay again, just wish they had breakfast."

"Everything was so wonderful. The staff was so attentive. It was beautifully decorated. I loved the pink everywhere. The location was great to travel around the city, located in the financial district. The room was very clean and was so comfortable I never wanted to leave. I had an amazing time. I would stay there again no question. "

"We were there for a medical procedure at MA General, so the location was EXCELLENT. The room was impeccably clean and the staff was so great. It's got to be tough to work on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but everyone was very nice and very efficient."
