Very welcoming and attentive staff. Very family friendly, the suite rooms are very comfortable for a family of 4. They give the kids a great souvenir journal which my kids loved. The location is absolutely the best.

The property was great! However, I was disappointed at checkout to be charged an amenity fee when we were not told about the amenities during check in. Apparently, we had free use of a gym, pool, and bicycles. It would have been nice to know this when we checked in seeing we had to pay for them.
