"The staff and lobby were very inviting. We were able to get drinks and pizza when we arrived. The facility was clean and tidy. The staff called a taxi for us to get to the airport - fairy cheap. "Hotel was simple but nice. Hotels.com said that check in was 2pm, when we got to the hotel they said that check in was 3pm. 3pm is fine, but they should be clear about details on the hotels.com site. Not to close to the center of Milan, but the tram was close by and easy to get to the center."

"The hotel and property is wonderful. I came here for the Milan design week. I did not realize how far away it was from everything. Two nights out of four I could not get a cab or Uber. I ended up having to walk in pitch black to the hotel about 20 minutes. That was the only issue I had everything else was great."
