The property was nice and very convenient. I had a car but I used just for outside Milano. The subway is 2 min walk. Breakfast was great. Clean and quiet. The front desk service was very helpful in all the aspects.

Front desk staff is extremely rude. A gentlemen named Robi was very condescending, wouldn’t speak to us directly, and had another worker translate to us when we both spoke perfect English. Rooms also don’t represent what is shown online. They are very outdated and old.

This was a nice hotel with lovely staff. We chose it as our bus tour was leaving from there. However it is not in the heart of the city but rather in a business area. We had to use the underground train to get into the city itself, a train system that worked very well I must say. I was a little uncomfortable walking in the area near the hotel but overall it seemed safe enough.

Decent place - convenient near the metro station

Decent place to stay in Milan. Decent breakfast and room. That being said I don't understand why they put so much effort in making the experience not up to scratch. 1. the cleaning personal open the curtains (on the afternoon sunny side) and stop the AC. When they don't have the time to do it, everything is perfect. When they mess up - it is way hot in the room for quite a while (the sun makes all hot inside - it takes time to cool down) 2. probably the cheapest things in Italy are the tomatoes and cucumbers. At the breakfast is the only thing is missing almost continuously. To the management - if you put those on a timely manner people will eat less other things more expensive. (you'll probably make a more profit) 3. the cost for the car park is not in line with what it should be (way to expensive)

It was a very good stay. Hotel is a little dated but comfortable. They use real keys for the rooms and have a very bulky key ring. You have to leave the key at the front desk ans some times there is a line when you return to the hotel and want your key. They should look into updating the room key system. Regardless, i woyld stay here again

Manager has no hospitality skills.

The customer service at the front desk is horrible. We were trying to check in after a long and hot day. They asked for our passports. We said they are in one of our suitcases but we didn’t know which one. We did not want to open our suitcases in front of all the people in the lobby. So we asked the manager if we could at least be escorted to our room to open them in there and then bring them down. She said no. She didn’t even offer us a private area to do it in. Made us open 2 of our suitcases up to find our passports in front of everyone in the lobby.

La struttura è carina ma necessita di ripulita e ristrutturazione. Il personale non è sempre esattamente cortese. La camera piccola, il letto doppio ma molto scomodo, bagno da rifare, soffitto con molte crepe, corridoio sporco, condizioni vecchio e rumoroso. In compenso, ottima colazione e stazione metro proprio all angolo ma nel complesso un ottimo tre stelle al prezzo di un tre stelle, però. Non è un quattro stelle e non vale il prezzo.

Very easy check in, and she even upgraded our room when she saw we had more people than beds, I assumed we'd share a bed but she politely upgraded us. Property was clean, and the metro was right outside for easy access to other areas of town.
