"I stayed at the Universal for 11 nights. My room was clean, the sheets and blankets as good as new, and attended to every day. It was quiet with no traffic noise and the occasional sounds from other rooms stopped at a reasonable hour. The staff were all friendly, helpful and simpatico. The hotel is in an excellent location about 8 minutes walk to the Cathedral the heart of historic Murcia. The Universal is completely unpretentious, great value for money and I will definitely return."

Rooms are comfortable and the sea view balcony offers amazing views, definitely get the sea view for the extra few pounds it is so worth it! Breakfast is excellent.
