"Property staff overwhelmed by number of guests. Parking lot too small when hotel full. Charges $20 per day for parking but mixed messages for when to pay, if you need a slip for the car, will they tow. Different desk staff provide different answers. Only allowed 1 room key which took 3 trips back to the lobby to work. All appliances unplugged at checkin. Other patrons reported the same. This included heat/ac, cable box, etc. No remote in room when checking in and 4 remotes later and 4 hours later issue finally resolved. Vending machines were empty. Never could get clean towels This hotel was not expecting the surge in guests and it showed. "
