"Hotel was very clean but was let down by the food. Breakfast was very good, bar meals basic but overpriced. A bad experience in the restaurant left us very disappointed. One member of party had a steak that was very tough & inedible, he was offered a replacement but it had put him off eating, apart from the waitress no one bothered to come to the table to apologise or discuss options and we were charged for the meal. Felt sorry for poor waitress who was left to deal with the situation. Should...
