Good value but book a room at the rear

Staff great. Room not cleaned though in 3 days (not sure if I should have asked). I had a room overlooking the main road and from 3am onwards it was very busy and loud outside. My friend had a rear room and said it was great.

Night away with friends

Stayed for one night in a triple room, reception very friendly, we were early but they let us store our suitcases until our room was ready. Room was clean and a good size, it was a little noisy but you would expect that in a city centre hotel, it hasn’t put us off and we will definitely return.

Fab location

Arrived a bit earlier than we said but that wasn't a problem,warm welcome.The room was just the job ,fresh and clean modern decor,great bathroom,we enjoyed breakfast and all in all just great especially the location.Thankyou would return.

Pleasant stay.

The staff was lovely and helpful, the bathroom suite was dated and had marks all over it with the seals been full of mold. Beds wasn’t the comfiest but was good that we all had a single bed each as 4 of us. Nice sized rooms too. Good location. Was on second floor and no lift so had to lift our luggage up the stairs which wasn’t the best as very heavy.

Dated and small but great location and staff.

The room was as advertised no windows and on the ground floor, a bit smaller than expected but the bathroom was large. The room on arrival didn’t have any towels or anything but the man at reception (I arrived quite late) was very helpful and very nice. There was a strange smell in the room and it did feel quite stuffy but I slept very well and it’s in an ideal location.

Cheap and cheerful type of place. Except nobody was partucularly cheerful. It was clean enough, beds were ok. Room was very basic. Wasnt keen on the fire alarms going off at 7am for no reason. Okay for a night round the pubs with friends but yhats all!!

Excellent hotel

We arrived at the hotel and was really surprised how lovely it was was greeted by a lovely woman didn't get her name unfortunately we was mega early but she said we could leave our bags and asked if we wanted a complimentary coffee/tea which was lovely but we needed to head off to the beach had a lovely day at formby beach came back checked in by the lovely receptionist the hotel put us in the basement room which is not that bad like other people said it was but my daughter didn't like that there was no windows n a bed that was seperate (she sufferes from ocd) really bad so I asked the receptionist if we could swap if possible so she looked and then swamped us to the room upstairs which was lovely black and white room little things which needed concentration when cleaning like a stain on the wall n a bit of dust but we was only there for one night but if it wasn't for the receptionist we would have had an upset daughter all night. Came down the next morning for breakfast was really nice cooked really well,loved talking to the blonde hair women who cooks the breakfast. Would definitely come back to the printworks brilliant customer service and hospitality

Awesome Stay - Very Happy

The staff were very friendly helpful and kind! The staff at the reception desk were helpful in every way helping us to get around Liverpool and to get groceries/meals and transportation. We are truly happy that we chose PrintWorks Hotel and will definitely recommend it to everyone! There’s no other place for us to stay in Liverpool going forward other than PrintWorks Hotel!

Fantastic!

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city. It was a spacious and very comfortable room, with beautiful decor and modern comfort features such as air conditioning and a heated floor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helpful too. I really enjoyed my stay. My only issue was the hot water wasn’t working in the shower when I tried to use it - but it was about 1pm so I’m assuming they might’ve been having work done to the boiler? Hot water was back in the evening so probably just a one-off issue. Definitely doesn’t affect my opinion of the hotel - very much a 5 star stay for a very affordable price. Thank you!

Great location for a quick flying visit

Excellent location, right beside restaurants and bars on nearby bolt street Done the job. Ww were just over for a Liverpool game so ok for a flying visit. Building could do with a refurb but the room was clean. Bed mattress was uncomfortable -that was the only negative. Receptionist was friendly and upgraded our room to one with a window.
