The room hadn't been cleaned and the company would not respond to texts,phone calls,we had to sleep with cigarette ash on the bed. The beds hadn't been changed. Dirty towels on the bathroom floor that stank of mould. Shower dripping all night. Terrible area.noisy area lots of traffic.so dirty.

I was pleasantly surprised when I entered my room for my two night stay at Dockside Lodge. The bed was a king size, the en-suite was clean and tidy and the room had a fair sized TV. There is an onsite kitchen which has everything you need for a stay and just next door there is small cafe for breakfast if you don't want to cook for yourself. The local shopping mall is a short walk away and this was really convenient for me as I was going to a gig at the Salt and Tar next door. Brilliant value for the price and well recommended.

My sheet was dirty good job had clean bedding in car very noisy trucks dvery 2 mins really heavy noises from them from 6am til 7/8 at night none stop the picture on line they put up looks nice and upto date decor but my room was plain and simple was disappointed wen seen my room glad I only booked One night cudnt stay there again shame

Arrived at this property, thinking it was a derelict building. Unfortunately the two single beds had very old worn bedding, on looking closer, try here were strands of hair inside the bed and on the pillows. We tried to contact the property to no avail, mobile number and WhatsApp unanswered We didn't stay in the property, contacted Expedia who have been unable to get a refund AVOID THIS PROPERTY

Property was clean & access was easy. It is straight across from the docks so good location for workers. We booked it to go to a concert in Bootle and it was fine to use as a base. About 20-25 minutes walk from the station and centre of Bootle. Petrol station was the closest shop we found about 10 minutes walk away. Overall it was absolutely fine for what we needed it for, I probably would stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fire alarm went off multiple times throughout the night. You can hear everything from the outside. Sink was dirty. The hotel had a strange smell. No soaps in the bathroom. No staff to assist you.

We have stayed before and the property is excellent and very clean , kitchens on each floor and very clean , washing machine/tumble dryer / dishwasher etc , properly is very quiet inside , no noisy residents , beds really comfy , nice en-suite , smart tv etc. I would definitely recommend and you can park next door in the regents hotel for £3.25 for 24hrs . The only downside side is outside is quite rundown , however that’s because it’s the docks and the local council don’t do any street cleaning. There is industry facing the hotel but don’t be put off by it , the hotel is really good and value for money . There are no staff at the hotel but you get your key codes well before and I think it’s a little gem of a place . You can always call a taxi if you want to visit the Albert Dock which is only down the road . No negatives about the hotel at all

Noticed a few areas that’s had mold ie the shower and in the room it’s self, everything else was clean and good, the beds seem to dip in the middle of the mattress which wasn’t idea but managed to sleep fine.

Great communication for access. Room had everything we needed. Kitchen had everything needed, although didn't need to use much....had a strange smell, and someone previous to me had put a dirty bowl back in the cupboard. Comfy beds, although my daughter kept easily moving her bed as the floor was slidy. Would defo recommend, good value for price I paid

It does the job if you don’t mind staying about three miles away from the Liverpool city center. It’s an industrial area so don’t expect the best of scenery. Again, it does the job in case you’re searching for somewhere to stay last minute.

Overall great stay
Great stay for group of friends. 4 of us one room. Fairly spacious. Bit loud outside and curtains let in all day light at top but was overall really good stay. Nice bathroom. Smart tv. And kitchen with all cutlery etc for use.

A great place to stay. The property is self service which I wasn't aware of when booking, but access was easy. The room was very clean and had most basic facilities. The only issue was there was no soap in the in-shower dispenser. Also, a glass or cup in the bathroom would be a welcome addition.

Property from outside looks dodgy and the area is run down . It’s on the docks , couple of Lorry’s passing in the night but didn’t bother us , properly was spotless , shower was lovely , toilet seat was broken so that’s why I gave a 9. Felt safe and other residents quiet . Kitchen clean and could make a cuppa. I would def stay there again , secure parking next door at the regent hotel £3.50 for 24 hrs (cctv) , even though the road was dirty the hotel was lovely , it is unmanned but tel numbers there if you need assistance. Oh and the beds are nice and comfortable, yes I would recommend and would stay there again
