A sign or signs would help, I was left hanging around the bar to ask about c/in the bar staff then pointed me to someone who was busy taking a long food order, they then eventually directed me to someone else who then said they were busy and I would need to wait for them... "We enjoyed a wonderful stay, we were made very welcome and the room (Granville) was absolutely lovely. The bed was very comfortable and there was ample tea coffee chocolate supplies in the room.
The staff were very friendly, proficient and professional. There are no negatives. Thank you for a lovely evening we hope to visit again. "
