"Superbly appointed home in beautiful village location, steps from the village green, two pubs, and village shop. We especially enjoyed the large kitchen, comfortable beds, hot tub, and spacious reception room for relaxing with a glass of wine after a long day sightseeing. Hosts were gracious and helpful. Would definitely return."

"We didn’t stay - after a 350 mile drive we arrived to find it very firmly closed. Ironic you send this questionnaire after your reservations person (based, unhelpful,y, in Arizona) spent over an hour and a half on the day getting us alternative accommodation."

"The hotel was absolutely fabulous, our room was very clean & had a welcoming feel. Having a bath & shower (both great) we was spoilt for choice so used both of them. The bed was so comfortable it was a shame we wasn’t able to layin & make the most of the stay. Unfortunately due to our schedule we checked in late evening & checked out early morning. We also used the restaurant for the evening meal which was also excellent, shame we wasn’t able to stay for the breakfast menu. "

"The location is fabulous, only stayed one night, but I felt like I was on holiday staying next to the Brayford. The room was perfect for my friend and I, It was great having 2 double beds in the room (neither of us drawing the short straw for the single!) My only criticisms would be, that there was a fair amount mould in the grout of the tiles in the bathroom, some along the bottom of the tiles, but some at eye level, and the shower curtain looked to be yellowing along the bottom. "The title really sums up this hotel. There was nothing either outstandingly good or outstandingly bad about this hotel. Everything was 'OK.' The location is nothing special. The room was completely standard, as was the food. Nothing stood out. I didn't try the pool/gym - I expect they were OK too."
