"Breakfast was good staff very friendly the room was clean but shower head needs replacing or a good clean some dust stound aswell aprt from that the bed was comfortable heating did nor work properly "

"Well-situated hotel, deluxe room was very comfortable with very fast wifi and fabulous Elemis toiletries. The cathedral view was spectacular. The only gripe was the noise of the extractor fans at the back of the property and the room was too hot! It's a complaint I have about a lot of hotels, unfortunately."

"Great Hotel right in the heart of Lincoln, very oldy worldly but with some modern touches, free car park on site was great and the staff were friendly. The food and drink were very good too. Would definitely recommend and will return at a later date!! 😊 "

"Room was clean overall, area not seen needed cleaning , bed comfy, heating in bathroom not working, no bathmat, bath very slippy when showering, windows in room had huge gaps at the top causing a bad draft and very noisy. Breakfast, food good, coffee not so good, Staff very friendly and helpfull, Restaurant needs a good clean so much dust."
