"We didn’t stay - after a 350 mile drive we arrived to find it very firmly closed. Ironic you send this questionnaire after your reservations person (based, unhelpful,y, in Arizona) spent over an hour and a half on the day getting us alternative accommodation."

"Great Hotel, warm friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Restaurant has nice views over Brayford
pool
and Lincoln centre up to the cathedral. Good location amongst bars and restaurants. Couple of small things to be improved upon, the speakers in the restaurant need a good clean as spiders webs visible. The eggs at breakfast had been cooked fresh but left under a heat lamp so gone hard unfortunately. Overall a very comfortable night and I will be definitely staying again. "
