"The property is a basement apartment. The ceilings are low with a claustrophic feel. There were no emergency exits from the bedrooms. The exits were into below street level areas without egress. The people upstairs kept us awake until 1:30 am. The light fixture in the kitchen was dangling when we got there. It eventually fell down. The socket in the 2nd bathroom doesn't work.
