My apartment building is located in the heart of the eclectic Hawthorne District, within walking distance to some of Portland's best restaurants, cafes, bookstores, brew-pubs, distilleries, and artisan shops. You'll also find all necessary services, from banks to massage therapists, and it's just over a mile from downtown by bike, walking, or frequent bus service. The interiors are designed with a sleek, soothing European feel, incorporating the highest-grade surfaces and finishes.

The space
The exterior of the building promises to stand out amidst the sea of uniform structures popping up throughout the city. With rusted metal siding blending seamlessly with painted stucco panels and black, burned Japanese Shou Sugi Ban wood, it creates a signature look that will catch the eye of anyone traveling down Hawthorne Boulevard. The building is perfectly positioned between the vibrant commercial sector of Hawthorne and leafy side streets filled with residential architectural masterpieces from the past 120 years.
