"Phenomenal stay! We paid extra to have a room with the balcony overlooking the ocean and it was worth every penny. We stayed with our 16 month old and 6 year old who absolutely loved this hotel. "

"Staff is extremely helpful with getting you checked in and navigating the property. Our room was clean and spacious, the kids enjoyed having their own area. My only complaint is that our room was next door to the gym and unfortunately for us the gym is open from 7am-10pm… so we woke up to weights being dropped repeatedly. Being that the rooms are so close to the gym maybe the gym hours should be from 8 or 9am-10pm. We went to the dragons den (MAKE A RESERVATION!!!) for dinner and we enjoyed our food, the breakfast buffet while delicious it was chaotic - for breakfast a reservation does not mean you’ll be checked in at that time since you still have to wait in line to check in and be seated (GET THERE EARLY!!!) and there’s so many people but that’s expected since it’s a family centered hotel. There were so many options for breakfast (cereal, eggs, French toast, pancakes, chilaquiles, biscuits and gravy, fruit, etc) so there’s something for everyone. To get to the Legoland park it only took a hop, skip, and a jump to get there. Definitely would recommend staying at the hotel, it is as one of the easiest stress free trips we’ve had with the kids."

"Excellent location and a very pleasant overall experience. The hotel was extremely clean, well maintained, and the staff was genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Jonathan and Pat for their professionalism and great customer service. We had a small request, and they handled it quickly and with a positive attitude, which we really appreciated. The rooms were very clean, the towels were fresh and spotless, and you can tell the property is maintained with care. Honestly, we did not expect the hotel to be this clean and comfortable. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting the area."

"Wasn't told from Expedia that hotel was going to be under construction and parking lot was closed. Parking had to be done through valet which I didn't mind but not being to access my vehicle right away was definitely not fun. Overall staff was understanding of the situation but the construction needs to be disclosed from either the hotel or Expedia."
