I had to use my towels and bathrobes to soak up the water because there wasn’t anyone available to help. They also don’t offer 24-hour guest support. "What a lovely spot! Hôtel de Provence is the sweetest hotel in Cannes. It’s quiet and peaceful but still close to the beach and restaurants. We really enjoyed our balcony, as well as the outdoor seating areas, and the staff were wonderful! We absolutely recommend staying here."

"The staff at the hotel were all so helpful, from a late check in, to helping with coffees in the morning. The position is perfect for all of Cannes, seconds from Rue D'Antibes and a 10 minute walk from the old town. The hotel has a lovely garden to sit in for breakfast or just to enjoy some calm."
