Shortcomings would include a parking garage with unbelievably small spots and a breakfast that reflected the problems of dealing with a small number of clients. I have stayed at this Hotel a number of times and also been completely satisfied... one minute from the Promenade des amglais, and approx' ten minutes walk from the tram stop on Avenue Jean Medecin.... and also has a fantastic "Penthouse" breakfast room..."
