"Great location and quiet"

"The stay was marvelous. I have been to Cannes several times and this is my favorite area to stay as it is very near the beach, wonderful restaurants and cafes but away from the busier areas. The villa accommodations were exactly what I was looking for in a more historic building with an authentic experience. The flat was very spacious with a great deal of historic character maintained. If this is the experience you are looking for this is an excellent choice with all the comforts of a home. If you are looking for a modern hotel this is not that-which is what makes this villa experience so exceptional."

"We found the hotel staff to be very helpful and friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The dining options were good, and the location was excellent—just a 20-minute walk to Le Suquet, so we were able to explore the area on foot. It’s also very close to the beach and La Bocca train station, which was very convenient. Our room was quiet, well-equipped with all the amenities, and offered a lovely view. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend this hotel."

"The house was the most PERFECT location to have a beach family vacation. Each morning we walked to the bakery. Enjoyed a bottle of wine and beautiful French cheeses while the kids played by the pool each evening. "

"The view was glorious and had 180 degree water views. Across the street from beach access and restaurants. Walking distance to Le Croisette and other attractions. A great place for a family vacation. "

"We had a brilliant stay. The apartment was very clean and is spacious. The communication with Jacqueline was excellent - she was very responsive and checked in to make sure everything was going well.We stayed here while attending a week-long event in Cannes and it was the perfect escape as it is very peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle. Despite being in a quiet area, it was very easy to get to the centre of Cannes via the main bus route—actually faster than taking a taxi!Highly recommend."

"Clean and comfortable. Small and basic. I was in Cannes for a conference and it served me well. 10 mins walk to a bus stop and a further 5 -10 minutes to Cannes. I didn’t have a car, but if you’re happy to walk 5 to 10 minutes, then it’s fine. The complex is rather confusing and quite a long walk from the front gate to the apartment.The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. It is very small and there isnothing beyond two coffee capsules to keep you going when you arrive.Instructions for checking in were a little confusing as various videos were sent on how to access the apartment. I have a document with pictures would’ve been easier?Communications with the agent was good though, and I would stay again."
