"A good location next to a shopping center. Clean and relatively new. The only reason for a lower score is our request in the morning to clean the room before 2 PM when we come back with the baby for a nap. The person we asked this from was the hotel manager and he refused to make the effort. We came back at 2 and it was still dirty so we told them not to come that day. With such a large cleaning staff they could have easily made us happier."

"We booked last minute due to a booking error with a chain hotel. We’re very very happy with the result. The Labrador was quiet (it’s a little away from the bustle of Chamonix town; the early morning view of the mountains over the golf course was breath taking. The staff at reception were excellent providing robes and extra towels for the hot tub. We loved our stay here. Public parking in Chamonix in spring was pretty easy to find and not that expensive. "
