"Stayed in room X which is on the top floor with a skylight and Mountain View from the balcony. Eight minute drive from downtown Chamonix but also the hotel is in a beautiful area (near a golf course) to walk. Staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel is convenient with outdoor seating. Loved every minute. "

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is great and has everything you need. There’s a coffee machine in reception that you can use 24/7. There’s also filtered water in reception so you don’t have to buy bottled water constantly. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless. The spa is also great - especially after days of running. The location is perfect. Right in the centre but there’s no noise. We will be coming back to Chamonix next year and will be booking this hotel again. "

"Very centrally located, we could walk everywhere including the MIDI cable car and the alpine roller coaster. We could see Mt Blanc right from the apartment windows 😊 Restaurants and grocery stores within one block. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Our hot water failed one evening and they had the technician work at night to fix it. There are 7 parking spots, so book parking early if needed. The elevator if very very small, so consider getting a lower floor if stairs are a problem. One improvement request - may be replace physical keys with key cards - we could not figure out a way to lock the door from the outside and still have someone open from inside, so had to leave the door open when we left kids in the apartment.
