We stayed 2 nights. We arrived an hour early for our check-in and were kindly greeted and given a room. The room though, was not very comfortable. The bed and pillows were lame and the shower was a disaster.(Room X)

Gorgeous

There's a little balcony but you can't go out. The breakfast is litterally just 2 pieces of toast, a small plate of papaya, and a tiny yogurt. The place is gorgeous and the staff is friendly. Super short 4 block walk to stores and restaurants.

The beds are kind of hard, the hotel was clean, but at night and early in the morning they don’t have hot water on the shower.

Staff was extremely nice and went out of their way to help us. They even reminded us of our complementary drinks. The parking lot is a close walk, but a long drive because of one way streets and construction. The rooms also need more lighting.

Contempla subir 2 pisos tu equipaje sin ayuda y sin elevador, el restaurante hasta arriba, no riegan sus bellas plantas, no sirvió el frigobar, nos quedamos sin agua medio día. Se escucha todo. Estacionamiento a 2 cuadras. Sí dan factura escogiendo opción de pagar en propiedad
