I liked the location and the fact that they gave us a pass to go to a gym near by. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Service and staff were all great. I guess the only thing I did not like is that the hotel is too old.

Very good hotel in an amazing area. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel offers excellent transportation to anywhere further. Has to be the best option in this area. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is wonderful and the on site parking with valet is very convenient. They were always very friendly whether we were coming or going. Housekeeping did a great job. Our room was always clean and the entire hotel looked great. We had a suite and the space was perfect for all of us.

We found a cockroach in our room the morning we left the property. Pillow cases looked yellow/dirty. A/C worked okay but a few nights the air coming from there had a horrible smell. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Perfect location.

Great area! Loved the staff and breakfast buffet. The next time I will upgrade our room. The bed was hard and the carpet was old. The room was also noisy. I will pay more next time for an upgrade to the room. We would definitely stay there again, but pay more for a nicer room.

Not recommended

Hotel is not as seen on pictures. Needs maintenance. No gym equipment and the machines at the gym, none of them worked. Mini split units kept making loud noises. I barely turned on the shower when a big puddle of water went all over the restroom floor. Toilet barely flushed.

When traveling I like to at least be smiled at when checking in and out. Property, I understand is older, but it lacked a lot. Price was good so I guess you really get what you pay for. Will stay in different hotel next time. The best thing there was restaurant on 2nd floor Terraza waiters super friendly and service oriented.

I ate the over-priced breakfast. I ordered an over easy egg. They brought a scrambled egg. The manager refused to make me another egg even though he acknowledged it appeared to be a misunderstanding.

Great Location, horrible service !

I have stayed at this hotel before after a horrible experience when booking a hotel around the corner called Real Rex, it was an amazing experience a year ago. Not so much this time around, the beds were rock hard and felt like concrete. Entering the room, everything I never thought could be wrong was. The light bulbs needed to be changed out, sate box was not working, there was no phone in the room installed and my major issue was the cable and WiFi. It was a daily malfunction of the room between the hours of noon - 4pm, not sure if they had a programming to shut it off or if it was just a horrible location for WiFi and the room overall was a place to stay but I’m reconsidering not booking there again. As much as I complained about things going wrong and had maintenance constantly back every day, not one front desk lobby rep offered to swap my room out. I’m highly disappointed in this service.
