Great customer service, clean room and over all hotel, friendly staff, free breakfast was good could use a waffle station, would give 5 stars but the shower water was cold but great water pressure. Great gourmet buger restaurant right next door at low price with amazing staff. Would definitely stay here again.

El lugar esta muy bien ubicado frente a una plaza, restaurantes variados, un oxxo muy cerca, me encanto el lugar👍 , cuenta con todos los servicios, instalaciones limpias, comodo, muy bien lugar. Los puntos a mejorar cortinas block out, ya que la luz del pasillo entra a la habitación y dificulta conciliar el sueño; y el desayuno es completo, esta bien pero sin opciones y si estas mas de 2 días te va a fastidiar. en genera👍👍

Nos asignaron la hab 116 (sucia, no se hizo el aseo previo, había basura en el escritiorio), luego nos dieron la 115 (fuga de agua eñ el baño). Finalmente nos asignaron la hab 110. La gente de recepción de mala gana (salvo un joven) que seguía indicaciones. La ama de llaves amable, pero dando excusas. Si sales un domingo por la mañana y quieres regresar, olvídalo hay restaurantes que toman todos los lugares del estacionamiento, no reservan lugares para los huéspedes. Es la tercera vez que me quedo, jamás lo volveré a hacer. Falta una mano experta que revise calidad. El hotel presenta signos de deterioro temprano. Pésima experiencia.

Las habitaciones son amplias y muy comodas. Ideal para un viaje de pareja o de compras. La verdad todo esta muy bien dentro de la habitacion, pero cuando abres la otra puerta te llevas una sorpresa con un bano espectacular y una tina para que puedas descansar despues de un largo y cansado dia.
