Staff was very attentive. Hotels older but clean, pool looked unkept. So I choose not to use it. Breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was great. Felt very safe at the property that arranged any transportation I needed. A few blocks from Zona Piel and a quick 3 min drive to Poliforum convention center.

The room was recently renovated. The bedding and sheets, towels were top shelf. The breakfast buffet is very good. The TV cable service worked very well as did the internet. The poolside drink service can be improved.

Pros: Location; AMAZING breakfast (included) with numerous stations and choices as well as live music on the weekend; large & clean room; very friendly staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and valet (who helped us getting vehicles to both GTO and the airport since we had several issues with Uber drivers!) Cons: Pool/pool area closed for maintenance, which was too bad since the weather was sunny & warm; bed was hard (for us anyway)
