Ya son muchas veces que elijo este hotel, y me gusta el trato, adi como los servicios (restaurant, alberca, personal), lo que si recomendaría, es el desagüe, ta que el domingo que llovió, estaba inundado parte del estacionamiento.

El hotel es aceptable para una estancia corta, pero se nota que tiene muchos años y le hace falta una renovación importante. En general, las instalaciones se ven viejas y algo descuidadas. La habitación estaba limpia y el personal fue amable, pero el estado del inmueble no corresponde con el precio que suele tener. El buffet del desayuno fue la mayor decepción. La variedad era muy limitada, con apenas tres platillos principales, por lo que resulta insuficiente si esperas un desayuno completo. En mi opinión, este hotel solo vale la pena si logras conseguir una tarifa de entre $500 y $700 MXN por noche. A ese precio ofrece una relación calidad-precio razonable, pero pagar más que eso no se justifica considerando el estado de las instalaciones y la limitada oferta de servicios.

Estáncia tranquila solo el personal que ni buenos días contesta te tratan como si te hicieran un favor desde el gerente hasta la recepcionista los únicos amables son limpieza y los que cuidan ahí adentro .

El elevador necesita mantenimiento, ya que se quedó atorado y no fuimos auxiliados por el personal, el control de la TV no servía, la habitación está poco iluminada y una de las lámparas no servía, la regadera fallaba.

Las habitaciones están alfombradas, requieren una buena lavada. El servicio diario de aseo bien. No sirven los teléfonos, así que si requieres algo de la recepción puedes marcar al número del hotel y si logras que te contesten lo pides, si no, pues bajas hasta la recepción a pedir lo que necesites. La alberca es un verdadero desperdicio, está linda, de buen tamaño, y de profundidad tiene 1.35mts. peeero sólo está llena a no más de 1.10 y baja con el paso de los días; otra cosa es que entendemos que por estar al aire libre imposible controlar hojas e insectos al 100% pero una aspirada antes de abrir cambiaría las cosas. Es importante mencionar que fuimos en temporada alta, altísima diría yo, vacaciones de verano, torneo nacional de volleyball y Feria De verano. Acepto una alberca a medias cuando es lunes, martes y miércoles de temporada baja, pero llegamos el sábado y en serio dejó mucho que desear. Todo lo demás es aceptable por el precio y la clasificación del hotel
