El baño estaba en excelentes condiciones, con buena ventilación y artículos de aseo disponibles. Todo el personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda la estancia. "Beautiful hotel in the hills northeast of Bilbao. Easy to find, and as convenient as can be expected to drive in and out of the city for a few days. Unlike many places in Spain, good reliable air conditioning. Note that the “Family” room is just one room, so no privacy for anyone sleeping in either of the two beds. Hotel restaurant was good, not great, but good value."

"Really attractive and nicely furnished converted old building. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast was just about perfect. Garai is a lovely village and has two magnificent restaurants within a 10 minute walk, ideal for the tasting menu with accompanying wines. A little fitness is needed as the walk up to the hotel from the car park is quite strenuous and there are a few flights of stairs if you are in one of the upper rooms. Our room on the top floor only had a skylight so we didn't have a view of the mountains and valley from the room which was a shame but didn't detract from our 4 night stay. Would have no hesitation in returning in the future. A magical area with hotel to match."
