"Property is belo average average at best so much potential yet facility is extremely worn and aged, they need to invest in some seroius updates from room to property. The one area that is positive the beautiful beach view. Room had old furniture that could not be used, bed hard as a rock, walls need to be painted, tv's small and not working in bedroom. Entire suite has a musty smell and air conditioning is ridiculously loud. Cleaning staff and property staff kind and helpful. Bottom line go elsewhere would not stay here ever again!"

"Cute property, rooms basic but clean and nice. The only issue is noise. The Malecon and nearby bars and clubs can be heard until late at night. I had earplugs so not a problem, consider bringing some if you choose to stay. "

"Staff were very nice and made us feel important and welcome every day. They answered our questions and made excellent suggestions for our travel plans. The hotel room itself was the basic one. We would have liked to have a fridge but although that was not available, staff were able to accommodate our needs. The fan and A/C worked great. Water pressure and temperature was good. Bed was a good size but not that comfortable of mattress. Pool had warm water with ample seating and shade options making it a nice spot to relax and refresh after a day of beaches/sightseeing before going back out again. Location is central and made for a good jumping off point."

"The afternoon check in woman is not helpful at all. It appears she doesn’t want to even be working. There is a ton of construction debris surrounding the side and back of hotel that many rooms look over. "
