We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was easy to access with a code to the entrance gate and another code to the room. Our room was simple and clean. The bathroom was functional, but we would prefer it to be a bit cleaner. The pipes needed a bleach or something because it was smelly at times.

Location excellent--2 blocks down to Malecon. Lots of great dinner, breakfast and bar options within 10 minutes. Dinner at Casamarte gives wonderful of sunsets, people watching. Parking--tricky, but have to know the colour system for curbside paint, no parking in red, green, yellow or blue. White/no colour is OK. Got a spot by the hotel front door. Interior is spacious and like an art gallery under renovation. Room 5 also spacious, but needs blinds to keep lobby lights out of the room.

Great hotel and convenient location.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the boardwalk, bus terminal, and great restaurants. The hotel itself is a great space filled with art. The room was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. Ana was very responsive to my questions and requests. There was some construction noise during the day next door. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property, staff were excellent. Always asking us if we needed towels or our room cleaned. Anna luis the manager was great, she recommended a few places to check out. The property is right in the heart of la paz. A few minutes walk from the Malecon. There are so many great restaurants around and awesome coffee shop across the street, and be sure to try the almond croissant at the bakery next door. We had a really good time. Great place for a romantic get away. Thank you for everything.

I appreciated how close it is to everything! Safe and secure. Didn’t have hot water working but they moved me to a new room, which was appreciated. Would highly recommend it. Great bakery/ coffee shop across the street.

The only good thing about this place is its location near the Malecón and restaurants. Beyond that, it was a terrible experience. The towels were filthy, despite repeated requests for changes of towels and I woke up with insect bites from the bed at night. Bedding is nothing better than very average at best with yellow and brown stains on the mattress covers. Noise insulation is nonexistent—I had to wear earplugs every single night just to get some sleep, the property is located on a busy intersection with cars and motorcycles going by right next to your window, honking, playing loud music, reviving up…. This is not a proper hotel but a poorly converted property with zero on-site staff, meaning there’s no one to address these serious issues. I would absolutely not recommend staying here if you appreciate a hygienic environment and Intend to wake up feeling rested or refreshed.

Excelente ubicacion, instalaciones hermosas, modernas. En una casa antigua remodelada A un lado de parque Central, y a dos cuadras del Malecon. Rodeado de bares y restaurantes, pero en mi habitación no se escuchaba ruido El único inconveniente fué que la tubería de la casa es vieja, por lo que el agua caliente tarda 2min en salir, que es un periodo largo para dejar corriendo el agua. Pero, si tiene agua caliente y lo estan tratando de resolver Estancia genial
