Excellent service! We loved our stay. Very helpful at the reception (specially Johanna) and excellent service at the dinning room. The staff is very friendly. Excellent location, only 3 blocks from the Malecon! Highly recommended! The view from the pool is amazing.

The hotel was beautiful and the people were kind. They were quick to respond if we needed anything. It was walking distance to downtown. The only thing that we would recommend is that they get better mattresses. And the neighborhood had lots of barking dogs. Which I know the hotel can't do anything about that.

My husband and I came to La Paz for our baby moon and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We loved everything about Hotel HBlue. From the moment we arrived, Joana at the front desk was absolutely wonderful to us. She gave us suggestions of beaches to visit and places to eat and was so kind. Our room (and the entire property) was very clean and well maintained at all times of the day. Breakfast was yummy and the staff was always so kind and thoughtful, checking in on me and making sure we had everything we needed. We cannot wait to come back with our baby girl next year! Thank you Hotel HBlue for making our first trip to La Paz special. We won’t be staying anywhere else.

Exceptional Staff all around from front desk, maintenance, cleaners, cooks & waiters. Great rooftop patio. Small unheated pool. Included breakfast was excellent with cooks on staff if you desired something different than offering.

Everything is really very nicely done and the rooms are spacious with a coffee maker and a fridge. Perfect! my only complaint would be the beds… they are very firm with no pillow top. We prefer a softer mattress so I can only give an 9 out of 10.

Overall it was a good experience . My biggest issue was the fact that the pool was not heated, water was really cold for my kid to get in. Staff overall was really friendly and accommodating .
