"Basic place to sleep before a flight. Pillows weren’t soft enough and pillowcase/ sheets were rough. Staff weren’t friendly. No bottled water in room. Basic TV. Lamps were “cold” LED lights. Found hair on bathroom floor. No stores in the area. For the price, wouldn’t recommend. Next time I have an early flight, I’d go to the casino hotel. "

"The hotel shows its age a bit and could've been cleaner—there were spiderwebs in the corners of our room, the toilet roll holder was falling apart, etc.—but the restaurants were great. My partner has gotten a bit of a rash since leaving, which we believe might've been related to the hot tub? I dunno, I think we got good value for our money this time but not 100% sure we'd be back."

"Super convenient location , just beside president plaza, Yohan centre and cross street from Aberdeen Centre. Nice and welcoming staff, easy check in/out. Elevator is under construction but have one that is still operating along with the one for cleaning staff. Parking can be limited at the front of the hotel if you came back late but there are more parking spaces on the fifth floor at president plaza (signage only says more parking at blue zone but didn’t indicate where), so it will be much helpful to include the location. Our room is facing parking lot, never noticed there is river view on the opposite side of the hotel, so worth asking for next time. One of the mattress had long crease and it was replaced after notifying the front desk. Queen bed seems small, more like a double. They removed the complimentary bottle of water from any reservations and there is NO filtered hot/cold water machine. No breakfast and $26/day for parking. "

"Stayed one night before driving to Whistler. Loved that they give you a drink upon arrival which was needed after the long flight. Our room was great, corner room with views from all angles."
