"Very filthy room and flooding riles.. lot stains everywhere.. bed, lamp, table you name it.. we couldnt unpack our bag away from bed.. Toilet flush was broken.. Also.. You could clearly hear other guests normal talks from room next door.. Overall very poor experience.. It was relatively lower cost bit these are the things which were bare minimum for any hotel to stay in businesses.."

"Dirty room, blood on the door and toilet seat when we arrived. Floors were nasty and AC would turn on and off all throughout the night. This place definitely does NOT look like pictures posted on expedia. Wouldn’t recommend. "

"When we arrived with three adults to our room, we noticed only 2 full size bath towels were in the room. We dropped our luggage and went to grab a bite to eat. While we were eating, I received a nice text message from front desk asking about our room checkin and I replied that we needed an extra towel. When we returned to hotel after eating, the staff had already added towels to our room. Excellent job and everyone we encountered while staying there was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended location when visiting USF."

"Got in later than expected and the woman who checked us in was very helpful. Parking was plentiful. Location was a bit less than we expected - largely strip malls and not many places to eat. The place was not high on amenities but the rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a short stay and the price was reasonable. We did appreciate the table and chairs outside our door so we could enjoy the weather each evening."
