"This hotel was great close to the airport,and a mall is about a mile and a half but not walking distance. Isn’t much around to do you will need to uber but stores are about 2 miles awa. Bed was amazing and the shower was great. They have a restaurant downstairs which is also nice. "

"I asked for a room suitable for handicap access when i booked on line but got a room with a bath tub that you had to climb in with no grab bar. A terrible fall risk for someone who is cane dependent for stability. The sink still had cleaner all over the facet & hot & cold handles from not being rinsed off after. scrubbing. The sink also did not drain well. "

"The room was clean it is pet friendly soo you well hear a few animals at night/day time the staff that checked me in was lovely how ever I did called the night before my check in day and the gentleman that answered the phone was horrible he needs to be retrained in customer serves"

"TV did not work. I go to call the front desk, only to find the phone doesn't work and it's Saturday of March Madness. I walk down to the front desk and alert them of both issues, and they say they're sending someone up. 30 minutes go by, no one shows up. I go back down and inform them NO ONE has shown up. Finally a maintenance person shows up, spends an hour on it, swaps out the TV, and it still doesn't work. We give up. The next morning, the doorknob on the bathroom door falls off. We check out the next day and their compensation for all this? A $20 discount on the room. This hotel is garbage, avoid at all costs."
