"The spaces in this home worked very well for our group of 10 and were enjoyed by all. One of my adult sons said he thought it was the best house we’ve stayed in! We especially enjoyed the screened porch area and used the pool everyday. The lanai was great. It’s not the best stocked house we’ve stayed in, but we got by with what was there, so it was adequate. Having a lower level refrigerator and extra washer and dryer was really convenient and the pool table was used every day. Communication was great and when I mentioned a problem with a coffee maker on checking in, the owner had one delivered before bedtime so we would have coffee in the morning! The blackstone grill top was interesting, and since we had it we had fajitas one night and smash burgers another, but I missed not having a standard gas grill as well. We are very familiar with the Palm Harbor area and prefer it for a number of reasons. If we need this large of a house again we would not hesitate to stay again."

"Staff were great. Arbitrary deposits using a square POS system is interesting. Would stay at a similar priced chain instead. Mold in the bathroom, no exhaust fan. Outlets, shower, key system, many other things in need of renovation or upgrade. Overall not terrible but wouldnt reccomend and didnt feel like it was worth 100 per night. The staff made it right and were polite. No complaints with cleanliness. "

"That housekeeping manager was very rude my son had a accident in the bed she knocked on the door and ask my son to talk to me and said I can charge you a fee I’m not going to do it this time but please put something on him so he don’t wet the bed again the next day she did it in the lobby around guests about charging me again I was very insulted and decided not to stay again because how I was treated "

"This rental was excellent and exactly as pictured. The host was very attentive to our needs…even contacting us several times during our stay to make sure everything was alright. We brought along our mini daschund and she was right at home. The sponge docks are very close and we thoroughly enjoyed that. We would definitely rent again. "
