"Pools were great"

"This guy s a beautiful property! The pools a huge and excellent for children to play. There are 3 restaurants and a grab go from for forgotten items. Euphoria is the finer dining restaurant. I had the NY sirloin. It was cooked perfectly. I also ate there once for breakfast which was mediocre. Provisions cafe had breakfast sandwiches and coffee daily which was much more affordable and actually better tasting. Margaritaville offers daily activities like the dying T-shirts, snow cone making, karaoke, s’mores by fire and a pig roast. All at additional cost but nice to have so many things available! We tipped the housekeeping $10 daily and our room was always spic and span. The grounds are immaculate! Lots to do within walking distance as well. Shops and restaurants at Sunset walk and the H2O water park. The resort charges a daily resort fee of $50. This does not include parking. That is additional $20 per day for self park. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is I think they should include self parking if they are charging a resort fee. "

"During check- In There was a Internal Error on the original room booked, kuddos to Justina from Puerto Rico as she was amazing on resolving the issue in a timely manner, after a 22+ Drive from Tx with a exhausted 2yr old, after our flight was cancelled. Certainly Dealing with booking issues was the last thing we wanted! So we do appreciate the fast accommodation so we could get some rest after a long drive and the being placed in a quiet, clean and spacious room. Staff was helpful, courteous and quick to respond to guest needs, the water park was amazing our little one enjoyed himself very much We didn’t get Taste the food or explore the entire property, however it is our plan to do so on our next family trip to Orlando."

"Room was big, overlooking pool. Nice view. However staff appeared helpful but didn’t follow up on anything. Nothing was ever done that was expected of them. They didn’t tell us when our room was ready. Then told us they couldn’t ring an English mobile number ! They didn’t email as we were told either. Plus we were online the bar. We had a broken flush on the toilet and a broken lamp. They never bothered to sort either. Then we got a note saying as some rewards system we could pick a reward. We picked a Cabana for our last day. But when we went downstairs we were told we can’t have it as they need to book an apt to talk about the rewards system first. Hard sell tactics. "
