"Lesson learned HOeJO! This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed. And the only reason I didn’t leave is because I was truly so exhausted. I could not go another mile. Roaches in the fridge and microwave and bathroom. Scattered when I turned on the lights in the morning. The handprints on the headboard from the last tenants hadn’t even been cleaned off. broken tables and broken stuff barely pieced together and propped up together. Front office laughed when I asked for a non smoking room. The cigarette and weed smell was so strong I no doubt reeked the bext day leaving. This is obviously a drug dealing house and brothel. The room next to me started turning tricks at 2:30AM. And the party that was going on until at least 4:30 AM with multiple people in the parking lot with loud base speakers. Go to shower in the am and brownish water starts spurting out first . The towel at least looked brand new and there was a new mattress cover on so- hallelujah for that. F this place. "

"My girlfriends and I needed to attend a conference in Lakeland and wanted to stay together. This was the perfect answer! We enjoyed the Sweet Home feel. The 3 bedrooms were efficiently laid out, as well as plenty of space in the three living areas. The host has provided games and seating spaces and some fun essentials in the kitchen. Everything was very clean, easy to access. The neighborhood is charming, easy access to the lake and to shopping. The parking was plenty. I highly recommend this choice. And would choose it again next time I am in town."

"I was happy until at 12:30 am I was awakened by loud music screaming from people below o windows. I called the front desk and asked for security and was told there is no security and then I said call the police. She said she called the police but no one showed up. This went on for over 30 minutes. I would never come back to this property. "

"This was an absolutely adorable little what I would call bungalow. Very clean and very inviting. Three bedrooms, one full bath off the main bedroom and then a separate full bath perfect for 3 to 4 people. They’re a little area that they had were the coffee was the little sitting room and dining table. Oh my gosh so cute. The windows in there were amazing. I would totally stay there again!"

"We felt unsafe and left the next morning. If we had other options, we would have canceled as soon as we checked out our room. Smelled horrible, dingy, two access doors with cheap toggle locks, dirty comforters full of holes. Loud noises all night and unlit, unsafe patio our room. I can’t believe they qualify as a choice for hotels.com. I’ve asked for my money back, but have heard nothing from Hotels.com. "

"Rooms were clean and staff friendly. Pillows could have been a little more comfortable. Disappointed breakfast was only til 9am, which is way to early. They should extend time til 10am. Never able to enjoy breakfast which was included in the price. "
