Great Views

This villa had everything we needed and had gorgeous views of the lake. Very comfortable stay. Would love to stay here again the next time we visit Lake Travis.

Beautiful Place, great location

Had a wonderful stay with my wife here for a couple nights. Great views of lake Travis and very good location for dining and entrainment. Easy check in and check out. Highly recommended.

This property was absolutely lovely with amazing views of Lake Travis, especially from the veranda off the bedroom! The kitchen was well-equipped. Quiet location. Beautiful!

Loved this property! So unique with amazing views of Lake Travis. Stocked with everything you need for short or long stay. Quiet with private balcony. Close to retail and plenty of restaurants. We wish we could keep this place a secret!

Romantic castle with amazing view

Perfect couples getaway, very comfortable. Loved waking to the lake panorama. Nicely decorated, plenty of good restaurants nearby. Elise is easy to work with and very responsive. We'll be back!

Very unique place

We really did enjoy our stay. The property is excellent and the views fantastic. Too bad the lake is so low. The only negative is the location for walking and outside activity. You have to drive every where. Also the Oasis is a neat place but we missed the live music that is normally there. Many small towns for great day trips.

Better than the pictures!

We loved our little romantic getaway! Everything was better than expected, the views especially! There were two balconies and the sunsets were glorious! Elise also left some Prosecco and snacks which was really kind and appreciated. The location is So great as it is next to the Oasis restaurant and five minutes away from Steiner Ranch steakhouse! We will be back!

OMG! Im so glad I found this property. It was breathtaking to say the least. So relaxing and just beautiful. We plan to go back and stay longer. It was just what rhe doctor ordered and then some. You MUST put this on your bucket list to stay. I promise you will throughly be glad you went. Rhank you for a lovely and relaxing stay at your beautiful castle!

Beautiful view over lake Travis from the hill. The resort was quaint and you feel like you are all alone even though there are other homes around. It is private and secluded from the public. Full kitchen if you bring your own food to prepare which was very convenient. Views from every room right out over the lake were just stunning. Only downfall was the key to the door does not fit in well at all. It is bent and there is a small "trick" that you need to push hard on the key to the right and finish sliding it in to unlock the door. That made for a rough first night after going out for dinner upon our return we were basically locked out and it took a while to get in touch with someone who could come unlock the door with another key. Even after figuring out how the lock works it was not easy. Recommend they change out that lock/key for easier entry.

Really Enjoyable Stay

This is a very nice property and location. Major pluses are the Security and Privacy. Real Estate Manager was very proactive in addressing a couple of minor issues during my somewhat extended stay. The owner of the property was also very kind in extending me a courtesy regarding my arrival and vehicle. The interior is furnished nicely with high ceilings and upscale furniture. The bed is comfortable (Medium Firmness leaning towards soft slightly). Gift basket upon arrival Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need including trash bags, plastic wrap, foil, etc. The rental itself was very clean. There are 2 nice sitting areas outside including the deck off of the Master Suite. Keep in mind when it's 100+ degrees you will only want to sit outside in the early morning or later in the evening. There really is no downside I can not emphasize enough the security aspect There are so many break-ins at Std Hotels (Marriott HIlton Hyatt) next to Freeways in Austin. No worries about your vehicle here. The drive is steep but should accommodate a standard size vehicle. There are several stairs (Nice and wide) going down to the unit with a Solid Handrail. Two things of note: The bathroom has a dual front loading Washer Dryer stacked with interferes slightly with completely opening the door (Well worth the tradeoff) and there is no dishwasher (Not a problem for me... all towels and detergent were provided) but there also is no disposal (Which would be a nice update)

Wonderful romantic place.

This place is incredible. Very welcoming from the moment you come in and communication with the manager. All the amenities you would ever need and extremely clean. I highly recommend it as a getaway with phenomenal view and close proximity to Austin and Lakeway. We will definitely be back.

Great peaceful getaway site with a great view

Not our first stay there. So quiet and peaceful and a great view of Lake Travis. Very private and parking right outside the unit. Full kitchen has everything you need. All we needed is wine on the porch watching the sunset over Lake Travis.

Great sunsets

Interesting castle like accommodations Decorated simile with a castle like decor. Balconies with beautiful views of Lake Travis. A perfect romantic spot for the weekend.
