"This is a beautiful hotel with a friendly staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a welcoming atmosphere. There is a bar and restaurant on site and the bar was quite lively for a Monday night when we arrived. Our room featured a large soaking tub, tons of space, and spectacular views of the Texas Hill Country. Would highly recommend Hotel Viata to anyone staying in the Austin area. "

"We had the opportunity to stay at this lakeside oasis over the last weekend and would honestly give it 5 stars if we could. Not only was the home beautiful and well appointed, but Dr. Jay was one of the most gracious and communicative hosts we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The location was ideal with one of a kind lake views, a stunning pool, and plenty of outdoor space to relax and take it all in. If you are looking for your next lakeside escape, look no further than this property!"

"Everything about the home and property were exactly what we hoped for. Virginia is a warm, friendly host that pays attention to every detail......including having the home decorated for Christmas! Last but not least, the location is perfect for visiting everything Austin has to offer. "

"Host was very responsive. Amenities were great—esp pickleball and putting green. We didn’t try the hot tub—couldn’t get it to heat up. But the house and backyard were a good fit for 4teenagers and parents and grandparents! Memorable Christmas!"
