This is our favorite hotel to stay at when we’re out here in this area we love the pool. The only thing that was not up to par with the hot tub maybe next time but other than that the state was great.

We liked this hotel. It is close to the Gondola and all the main attractions and not far from the lake too. Everything in our room was in good shape and working. The pool area was organized very nicely. We even got a better room than we paid for. Great stay indeed.

Really old facility, few updates only ,upstairs heater are not working properly , room service is bad , pillows are really bad not able to comfort to sleep , not worth for the fee charge for the suite, not able to recognise as a suite

Terrible experience

Unbelievably bad experience. Paid an absolutely ridiculous amount for this 2 star motel during a large event in the area, and the rooms were filthy, non-smoking rooms smelled as if they had been chain-smoked in just moments before our arrival, the bed was almost unusable it was so uncomfortable, and the power went out for a whole day of our stay and management did not want to provide compensation. Unbelievable!
